Beginner's Series

The Kundalini Yoga Beginner’s Series is a six-week series of yoga classes and lectures. Whether you are new to yoga, new to Kundalini yoga, or interested in deepening your yoga practice, this course will provide the space, support, and knowledge to do just that. Each class includes a Kundalini yoga set focusing on the specifics of the postures, breathing techniques, and hand positions, and a lecture on Kundalini yoga subjects.

This class is taught by Santokh Singh Khalsa, D.C., founder of The Awareness Center, who has been practicing and teaching yoga for over thirty years, and by Wahe Guru Kaur/Gisela Powell, owner of the Awareness Center, who has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2002. In this course you will benefit from the vast knowledge and passion these teachers bring to their practice and their teaching.
